Again killing the witness before he testified would be a lot more effective. I might be wrong, he might have been in pretrial witness protection. That would definitely change my opinion. 

The civil suit will affect the city, not individual police. Any procedural changes that could affect them are most likely already in the works.

Not really.  The CDC is scared to do unbiased research into guns.

I am also a liberal gun owner. I don’t plan on running out to counter attack whatever courthouse or state house they seize, but I’m ready to defend my family and property.
