I think mostly just regular non-star wars drone footage with the ship foregrounds digitally added. I did notice at the very start that the Tie Fighters had rotors so some shots were probably of those in the sky, but I doubt they are as maneuverable as the racing drones they were using.

Alie still talks to the people with the chips via her hologram, so I don't think they are all that connected. Maybe there are bandwidth issues.
I assume she has learned human nonverbal language as well as verbal language. The people with the chip are not complete puppets, they do have some self control (at least when they are not in the City of Light.) So she needs some displays of power as an extra step to keep them in line.
I agree, but he did cause the 300 on the ark to die when he threw the radio in the river. That was on his own. Actually other than shooting Jaha, S1 Bellamy was a bit more of a leader. Clarke had to treat him as an equal for a while. Not that he was good leader, but he got some people to follow him.
It seems like the Ark had the highest level of technology. Add the raw materials on Earth and they should be able to make anything. Mount Weather just had survival type tech which was enough to keep the grounders at bay but not enough that Alie could use them. She was stuck in her compound until the Ark crashed.
