I kind of liked the idea of Fury Road happening between Road Warrior and Thunderdome. Yes I know this is nixed by Miller, but I could see the man sitting in the sand at the end of Road Warrior heading off into the desert to become mumbling and insane. Fury Road brings his humanity back a bit and he becomes a peddler
