Bullshit. There’s no such thing as a perjury trap. Only perjury.

I’m gleaning the bank’s intent from their response which they had time to come up with and carefully word. They owned it. They didn’t say a teller made a mistake, they said ‘an unfortunate event’ happened.

I’m not under any delusions there’s racism in America, but something feels off about this story from multiple perspectives. Take the bank’s statement for example:

that FBI agents may have tricked Flynn by not telling him that lying to federal agents would be considered a federal crime—something that Trump as well as White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders have suggested as well.

Doesn’t Denny’s do that? or one of those breakfast type chains. I always make sure to go back and put the tip on the table in those cases. I don’t trust the cashier to make sure the right server gets the whole amount.

No? A thousand dollars is an absurdly small amount of money for a bank teller to even raise an eyebrow over, never mind call the cops. Even at minimum wage, that’s still within the realm of possibility for a payroll check. Surely they’ve gotten thousand dollar checks from other black people before without calling the

I figured this was a check in excess of $10,000 whereby a bank is required to inform someone if you’re attempting to withdraw it in cash, but nope:

I thought Donald Trump was supposed to be rich. If it’s so important to him, why doesn’t he personally put up the $5 billion?

It’s not that they didn’t realize who he was, it’s that it was never a problem before.

There are tip jars at drive through windows now...that didn’t use to be a thing. We’re moving in the wrong direction with regards to who get tips. We should be moving away from tips instead of expanding who expects to be tipped.

I just said there is no stopping it. You gonna tell the same thing to Fox News, MSNBC, Breitbart, DailyKOS and the thousands of other websites that push a political narrative? They’re not going away and even if they do shut down, 3 more sites will take their place.

If the GOP had done exactly the same thing the Russian did (with social media, not hacking) then that activity would’ve been explicitly protected by the first amendment.

Maybe the young’uns frankly don’t realize that they should still tip on a counter-service order.

I have a plan:

Oh, you dismissed me when you realized I spoke the truth?

There is no way to stop it. The only thing that made it even partially illegal was that it was foreign agents doing it as part of a coordinated campaign to undermine the election, but if it was Americans doing the same thing, spreading the same information, it would all be covered under the 1st amendment (and

I don’t need to convince you of anything. There’s a reason these people are protesting. Because their requests have already been denied and the EEOC hasn’t stepped in to force Amazon to meet them.

“Undue hardship” doesn’t have a definition. It’s purposefully nebulous. It’s even in quotes on the EEOC website.

Stopping work in the middle of the day is an unreasonable hardship for a place of business. You can’t just leave in the middle of the shift because you feel like it.
