Not at all. How would we? We couldn’t even leave campus without permission. We played them in sports and we had ‘rival’ schools, but we never had joint get togethers or anything. But my school was coed so maybe there was less need to have these types of inter school mixers.

I went to a boarding school.  I didn’t know anyone not in my school. 

My understanding is that they both attended separate single gender schools.  It’s unclear how well they would’ve known each other.

The only women republicans care about is white women.  So as long as the majority of those women support them, they see no problem. 

That’s kind of the opposite of what’s happening now. The kids today are willing to eat shit for pay. They’ll work weekends and nights and break up with their significant other if it means they they’ll get a 401k

Told you what? That you should try to get started on your career as soon as possible or that empirical evidence showed you would get started on your career as soon as possible?

I think the difference is these kids aren’t even willing to take the jobs temporarily.  They want to get started on their careers as soon as possible, so they see a temporary job waiting tables not as a stopgap, but as a waste of their time.
