Just wanted to say there IS precedent for USING A TRACKING DEVICE on a ship and then following it through hyperspace. This was done by Obi-Wan to Jango Fett’s ship (the one we do not name) in Episode II. So that type of hyperspace tracking has been a thing for at least 20 years.

Ahoksa was a teenager during the Clone Wars, looking to be in her late teens by the time it ends, which if I recall correctly ended about 20 years before A New Hope, and then I believe Ahsoka takes place after the fall of the Empire which takes place about 4 years after A New Hope. Though it’s not stated exactly WHEN

The last time one of these credit reporting companies was ordered to pay out for some bullshit, they got too many people signing up so instead they just offered some bullshit “6 months of free credit monitoring”.

That’s all true, but there wasn’t quite the backlash on those movies when it came to theaters really cracking down on letting people see them. I was too young when Robocop and Alien came out, but I believe Alien had one figure released at the time, and the marketing for the movie was not geared as much toward

Also, what’s to stop people from just creating images with the headline in the image? I imagine this is what most news agencies that are still there will do.

I remember once I tried to say he wasn’t an engineer, that was just a bullshit title he gives himself at his various companies, and that he only has his name on a single patent, for a proprietary charging port on Teslas.

I remember Starship Troopers being a big part of this, even though it was earlier. That movie was HEAVILY marketed towards kids, with multiple toylines and commercials focusing on the action and sci fi stuff. But the actual movie was super violent and gruesome, plus has a fair bit of nudity and sexuality.

From what I recall there was some kerfluffle about 20 years ago about certain movies “getting away” with being PG-13 due to their influence, with the MPAA giving a favorable PG-13 to movies like Return of the King that featured pretty high levels of violence and gore (including catapulted severed heads), while other,

Instagram used to be a place where you could build an organic audience through hashtags and mutual interactions. It was great for artists to build followers and fans. I’d say the dozen or so accounts that still interact with me all came from that brief wondrous time when Instagram didn’t put up a ton of arbitrary

The rating system now includes things like “thematic elements” so even though there’s nothing particularly graphic, Toy Story definitely leans toward PG territory, especially in 3 when you see all the toys heading towards an incinerator and they all just silently accept their fate. Shit, I was a grown man when I saw

I think part of it has to do with the ratings themselves changing over the years. Notably movies like Raiders of the Lost Ark and even Jaws were rated “PG” as there was nothing higher at the time and those movies actually pushed for a more “adult” rating to be available in the system.

Could it be that, even with all this valuable IP to back them up, these NFTs were pointless and terrible and had absolutely no reason to exist at all, let alone be as expensive as they are.

This is good information, and further cements that this is just a bullshit astro-turf campaign.

It absolutely would not be enough to cause them to stop endorsing him. It’s not like we don’t have a vast history of comments and actions from Trump already showing how he feels. If they endorse him now, they’ll find the mental gymnastics to continue doing so.

That’s great, sounds like it’s good when you’re limiting it to summaries and scripts where the information is very black and white. I’m sure the more thorough your prompts are, the better the results.

I think the most frustrating thing about Thor 4 to me wasn’t even the level of humor being dialed up to 11. It was the fact that the world-building is extremely inconsistent with what’s been established in the MCU and Thor so far and doesn’t really explain what a “god” is or what the stakes/limitations are.

At my job we had a lot of product pages to create in a short period of time, and it was suggested we use AI to help by plugging in a prompt and catering it to a specific item.

I was going to say...if there’s an air traffic controller shortage, how is that being addressed? It’s an important position so surely there’s a massive push to get people trained up involving lots of incentives right? Right?

In other news, the chair of one of DeSantis’s PACs who claimed he had a business degree turned out to be referring to a Sizzler certification course he took when he was 19. None of that is made up.

These are the same people in a mad dash to replace any and all jobs possible with A.I. even if the A.I. is woefully incapable of competing with a human doin the same task. Eliminating the amount of available jobs while demanding massive increases to the population sounds like a fun way to have a ton more homeless and
