It seems likely that Dune will get a re-release shortly before Part 2 comes out, so it should end up with pretty good numbers.

Oh, I don’t disagree. But (IMO) Party Down’s premise was simpler and pretty much fully explored by the time it ended. The only thing left to show is “where did the characters end up?”, and... I guess I don’t care very much.

A24 doesn’t have a 100% track record, obviously, but they don’t release stupid movies. And Jenny Slate is pretty terrific. So... there must be something to this, right?

So true. TBH I’d rather have another season of Children’s Hospital than PD.

He was terrific in The A-Team.

Michael McKean has done lots of great stuff, but he’ll always be (This is Spinal Tap) to me.

Surely it’s the former. How could Richard Ayoade be anything less than delightful?

So... it’s John Wick with ten fewer lines of dialogue?

Legendary confirmed the sequel is underway, surprising absolutely no one.”

The theatrical cut of Donnie Darko is terrific and it holds up. I’d prefer to just leave it at that.

November is strange and wonderful.
