You may be right, but honestly I doubt Quinn or anyone specifically told Matty Ice to “Make sure the ball is hiked before the clock gets down to single digits.

The defense was very very tired, and not running down the clock was pure incompetence, whether on Ryan, Shanahan, Quinn, or all three.
