I don't understand; I was under the impression that ALL FM4 preorders were getting the 1M regardless of whether it was the LCE or the Standard edition. I asked the customer service rep and they confirmed that for me.

While on the phone with BBY's customer service to back down to Standard Ed, I checked whether I was still getting the 1M or not (though I'm not the BMW fan you seem to be, it's the nicest one of the preorder cars IMO); according to the person I spoke to, we're still getting it.

It happened to me, and for a while I was fuming about it, but eventually I came around to putting on big-boy pants and rationalized that I probably would never look at the book much, anyway.

@Herabek: It's worked pretty well for religion, though, hasn't it?

@Mikekearn has an overly long username: it doesn't even have to be war-torn (because that'll most likely get some people's underwear in a twist), just abandoned. Just knock a couple of buildings over (probably unsafe), or manufacture some rubble from styrofoam to complete the look.

@TC-man: I think the argument being made here isn't that "here's a game that plays a lot like another game", it's "here's a game that...well, it's actually another game with a different title"

Those are all great choices, Brian (Better Tomorrow II, especially, that movie is AWESOME). I'm loving the fact that you're saying they should go with rubber suits and picking the right location. That's the way films like this ought to be.

@Gravidos: As an extra, perhaps. Just because one's a big fan it doesn't mean they'd do the characters justice, and that also goes the other way (great acting choice, not a gamer, so to speak).

@Domobran: the aim is to emulate, not copy line for line.

@VileMethoD: I think it has something to do with their attitude toward copyright laws. Or so I've been told.

@Ashurahori: that is both a profound and terrifying thought.

@OmegaSpartan08: That's not so bad, I mean, you could pretend to be a total badass on the high seas, provided you put the song's first couple of seconds (before 50 starts with the birthday business) on loop. I've always liked that intro.

@MesaBoogieTool: damn, you're ignorant. Mikhail Kalashnikov laughs at you.

@Frank: I absolutely agree with you.

It's almost fantastic and awesome until you see their choice of footwear (work shoes for the TK, and covered boots for the Chief). All I'm saying is if you know your feet are going to be in the picture, put in the work to make it look like part of the costume.

@zackek: Oh, they're out there, around $100 or so.

@YuniYoshi: only if we also get JIZZSTREAK REWARDS and custom shame titles, a la MW2.
