You must not be from Texas. I highly doubt it’s specifically illegal to park an unregistered vehicle in the street, if it is, I’m sure he has Florida plates for it. They’ll register anything. Also, laws need to be spelled out for just this reason. a no tank law would make me consider buying elsewhere.
