My mom used to use oil to remove her eye makeup. I always thought it was utterly insane but now that I'm in my 30s and need eye-area moisturizing, I tried it (with coconut oil) and OMG it works great & moisturizes at the same time!
My doctor pushed me into taking more minerals, so I’d recommend you add biotin, at least. It’s pretty inexpensive, and it’s good for your hair and nails. Zinc is good, too. If you check out the hair and nails vitamins, they’re mostly loads of biotin with a few other things, but biotin by itself is cheap.

When I was a kid *cue old timey western music* conditioners were a new thing. Cream/creme rinse was available, but it did almost nothing. One of the reasons I had long hair when I was older was thanks to conditioner.

I use Urban Decay’s primer on my eyes before putting on liner, and then set it with a dab of shadow, and it stays all day.
