Yeah, that whole bounty hunter thing was over in less than twenty minutes. That seems like something that could be spread out over a few episodes, and could've been a real surprise.

Never really cared for Esposito (too slimy/smarmy on Homicide), but he's ok in this, as is everyone else (Elizabeth Mitchell's always great). There were problems, as others have pointed out, but i kinda liked it, and am looking forward to more episodes. And the teen-ager didn't annoy me at all, which is a miracle…

To me, Tom Baker episodes are like pizza… even the bad ones are good. While i agree that all the classics mentioned are obviously head and shoulders above the rest, i never dread episodes like The Creature from the Pit, Meglos, Underworld, or The Android Invasion. I love 'em all. The only other show i can think of…
