Microsoft is fucking dogshit and their entire MO in the last 5 years has been trying to leverage their desktop OS into garbage services that nobody wants to use.

Just pack it in, folks. We as a species took the “mainline social media for twenty years” challenge, and though it generated a whole lot of engagement, it seems now there’s no brain scan, there’s nothing here.

The problem for me with YouTube is not that there’s an inherent logical flaw in its suggestions, it’s that it applies that logic to assume that I either a) only want to watch this one particular thing from now on, or b) that since I like this thing I am gonna like that thing, even though I constantly tell it I don’t.

Actually I don’t find it disappointing. It looks like it could be a large chunk of a meteorite impact, that might have bounced out of a nearby crater. The stories it could tell under a microscope, would be fascinating.
