Some time in the 1980’s I got tired of using miscellaneous so I looked up synonyms and came across gallimaufry. Been using it ever since.

Since Mr. Erg is our resident history buff, I’ll share a story that I read the other day.

The VW had an AM radio, which was top of the line in car audio at the time. It did not have air conditioning, I don’t know if air was even available at the time especially in VW’s.

They tried that! He nearly came to blows with Loria over Loria heckling an umpire during the game. He won Manager of the Year and got fired anyway.

Actually, you wouldn’t be cheaper. Assuming Jennings keeps the GM title, he doesn’t have to be paid anything on top of what he’s already making. (Loria strikes again!)
