The law for school speed zones is fucking terrible. There needs to be a school within 1/4 mile in any direction, and a sign. That’s it. So you have cameras that get placed on roads when the school is on a parallel street 4 blocks away.

i don’t think that’s the case here. this was right after a major update and the game is functionally unplayable right now. imagine the wild west but now take out all the people, animals (including your own horse), things to shoot and the ability to get anywhere (because of no horse). so really you’re just wandering…

The issue seems to be if you finish a mission (such as bounties, naturalist legendaries, etc) the horse no longer fast travels or falls off the map for being “inactive” so it can be recalled.
