So true! The reason I met my husband was because our mutual friend deemed him too short for her, even though we think she secretly had a thing for him. Guess she thought it would be just a fling but her plan backfired. We haven't spoken to her in 15+ years.

At one point in time I had two toddlers & a 6 lbs dog running around underfoot. I can't even tell you how many times I stepped on feet/paws/tail.

I guess the good thing is that at least they are still getting the shots .... eventually. Although I can kind of understand why people may spread shots out.

Nope! I'm seriously considering stealing my MIL's ice cream maker the next time we visit & make vanilla bean ice cream with him as when he see's what is in stuff it's usually OK.

My 6 yr old freaked out when we gave him the good vanilla ice cream & there was dirt in it. Plus side I got ice cream.

When I still worked in an office this was always my nightmare as I was the one who usually had to change the toner (professors can get PhDs but can't figure out what low ink means!).

OK I'm going to try one more time to try & explain my issue with this, it has nothing to do with abortion which, again I have no problem with what so ever. If I had a daughter & she told me that she wanted an abortion I would drive her to the clinic, pay for the pill or procedure, & hold her hand as long as she let me.

I don't think you understand my point since you've posted a straw man argument but I'm a nice person so I'll try. I'm not against abortions for teenagers, in fact I am very much for it. If a teenager is old enough to have sex, then they are old enough to make these kind of decisions about their bodies.

I'm torn, I really am & I'm pro-choice. As a parent who only has boys, I would want my (hypothetical) girls to be independent in making this type of decision but an abortion is still a medical procedure & there can still be reactions to the abortion pill.

Both my kids had a reaction to their MMR shots, freaked me out until I was able to get the pediatrician on the phone & they said it was normal. Looked like the real thing but you know what? It didn't bother them, there was no fever, no lasting consequences & you better believe we kept on getting their shots on time,…
