What I’m thinking is that this contractor was creating the database used at early voting. You can go to an early voting station anywhere in the city, show an ID, and get that mag card. It’s programmed for your polling place (i.e. Ward 48, Precinct 15.) so it’s the registry that’s the problem, not the voting machine,…
