Uh, Sanders and Warren are specidically calling for bans on private insurance being offered in competition with M4A.

She’s a former Republican who used to make sketchy claims about minority heritage.  Good luck.

She used to be a Republican who traded on dubious claims about minority heritage.  Don’t think too hard.

Minneapolis, a city with potential for snow/slush/ice on the ground half the year, is already doing all it can to reduce parking and convert traffic lanes into unused bike lanes.

I dont know much about the others, but youre not making a good case by including the Minneapolis Southwest line. It bypasses the dense Uptown area, its main goal is to serve affluent suburbanites who already dont bother riding the fanciest buses our metro has to offer, and it will be largely empty outside of M-F rush

Those rich people don’t work nearly hard enough for their paychecks!

I occasionally have to think a moment also, unless I’m driving, which isn’t even that often, but it’s probably because if someone says ‘turn left’ I immediately associate that with being the ‘against oncoming vehicles’ turn. But if someone says “it’s in the cubpoard on the left” I’ll stop and think for a second.

I see this a lot too, though maybe not as drastically as expecting the mens room all to themselves. I’m 42, but I see so many younger guys who either go into a stall just for #1, or if they’re at the urinal, they take the farthest urninal and turn away at an angle. Even saw one dude quit midway through when I came up

It’s not an unreasonable thing to be concerned about, but a more reasonable course of action might be to just ask if they need help. It’s not person X’s job to maintain person Y’s home value.

Among people who grew up when Tipper Gore was crusading, sure. But there are always new impressionable young people who are filling the spots left behind by older people.  Never assume they know as much as you do.

Thank god Splinter doesn’t scold anyone

I too remember that time Biden selected himself to be the VP

It’s almost like the whole purpose of a debate is for a person to make the case for their viewpoint vs an opposing one.

And that these are supposedly debates, the whole point of which is to make your case against opposing viewpoints.

“If we had pushed that ideological left into the spotlight instead of running from it like fucking cowards there would have been more gains.”

Good god what kind of monster puts a turlet up against the wall like that?

“It’s so great that all of these campaign workers are unionizing! Now if only 3/4 of the people running for President would end their campaigns because it’s too much work for us to pay attention to all of them...”

‘People should be allowed a choice when it comes to how they get their healthcare'....wow, yeah, what a truly sick and evil thing to say.  We would all be much better off with a system where the only option is one in which Trump and McConnell have a say in how it works.

Gerrymandering has zero to do with Senate elections.

You’re tired of rich people running for office, but you want campaigns to be ran in a way that only those with up-front wealth will be able to afford to run.
