We have Mitch McConnell precisely because of Democrats trying to change the rules for political advantage.  My concern is that nitwit ranters who haven't learned any lessons want to be even more reckless in the future.

The court-packers argue that you don’t need to, though....all you need is a President and a Senate to agree to add to the court. But even if that’s not the case, and a law or an amendment is required, that still shows it's extremely dumb to think this is the simple solution to everything.

If the GOP is willing to say a Democrat never gets to appoint a justice again, why should I think they wouldnt abuse court-packing to just take any measure possible to stop a Democrat from becoming President in the first place?

Explain to me why Trump/McConnell should not add 10 more justices to the court, right now, today. And if you don’t feel like it’s that bad of an idea, how you think them having that ability would ever lead to Democrats having control over anything ever again.
