Yeah, unlike a lot of the other candidates, Pete has it a little tougher actually being in charge of something.

No, I just disagree that something “we agree” we want is something “they”, not “we”, should pay for. I also don't think anybody’s well-being should be tied to the ability of their employer and co-workers to perform well.
“We agree”...but it’s “their responsibility”....you’re not really convincing me that it’s the businesses owners who are the ones trying to pass the costs off to someone else.
So again, why not let the cheapskates go out of business then? Why not just say no to them?
I must have missed the part where business owners went asking anyone else to maintain their equipment in the first place. If they aren't doing so, why not just let them go out of business? Why are progressives fighting so hard to keep 'shitty employers' operating?
Please explain this idea that, aside from a parent raising a child, it is the responsibility of some people to maintain others.
Is he the one complaining that he's not getying paid enough while commenting during work hours?
JFC, just say you don't know how to argue against what he's saying, coward.
I totally believe your concern for women and non-whites is why you are saying this, Mr. *Boston* fan.
The 2004 I remember featured a progressive from Vermont who was the popular dem candidate early on.
The only thing I’m confused about is your desire to try to score gotcha-points rather than make a case for your position. I’ve never said future elections aren’t important, only that I’m not willing to rely on the privileges I have in life to focus on them at the expense of the immediate dangers many people in the…
Biden has not been irrationally hated by half the country for 20+ years.
Ah, I see.....you think ‘next’ is synonymous with ‘one.’ In that case, yes, I plead guilty, I care more about the next election than I do the ones after it. I’ll gladly read whatever copy&pasted reasons you have for why that’s a bad strategy.
Yes, exactly, those are two good examples of me wanting to keep Trump from winning another term.
I mean, if you want to go on campaigning for the 2024 election or something, have fun?
Good thing I wasn’t doing that, I suppose. I’m in favor of a no-more-terms-for-Trump strategy. While some people are so distraught over Biden’s history with contraceptive coverage, they seem disturbingly willing to let Trump nominate RGB’s and possibly Breyer’s replacements.
“This is not a recipe for a lasting coalition. It is stitched together and powered by Trump, who will, one day, no longer be the president. You can’t run against him forever.”
“And this shithole country’s idiot citizens will never fucking elect her.”
How dare you not walk around the street like this
The only way to take it seriously is to throw out giant numbers without explaining why......
Does she offer any kind of details for why it has to be that much? The only thing I could find in the linked Hill article is: “I think it just needs to be pushed in terms of the scientific scale, that is scientifically supported in what we need to solve this problem.” which frankly sounds like the kind of garbage sente…
