That’s how the rich stay rich. They use other people’s money. It’s even how they make money. Invest other people’s money and take a portion of the gains of zero of the losses... yet they get a favorable tax rate for the risk even though there is zero risk to them.

I see your models and I have to think something similar to your observation about the actual cars: The models sit in the original boxes, and not run around on the carpet by a ten-year-old.

If the 2002 Forrester currently works for room, with size inflation, the Crosstrek is now around the size of the 2002 Forester. You can get one with the bigger engine nicely equipped for under $35,000.

Design opinions aside, it’s the worst engineered vehicle on sale in the US today. I would trust a Fisker Ocean (no long on sale) or even a VinFast before taking a Cybertruck on the road.
