You are WAY off on the average price of a KTM. The overwhelming number of bikes in inventory are dirt bikes, and small displacement bikes sold in the Asian market (which of course includes India), all of which selling for much less than $10K each. Also, I would not be surprised if that number of “motorcycles” also…

Start my motorcycle riding “season” earlier (maybe even March) and ride later (at least November if possible—I’ve got all of the Gerbing 12V heated gear for cold weather). I don’t understand why there aren’t consequences--beyond confiscation of the contraband--to these incidents. If people were being hit with big fines and even some jail time (depending on the item(s) found), I think there’d be a big decrease in these incidents. Do people with guns even get arrested?
