What is a "cunits" anyway? What a shame. All the tax money that is being poured into the public schools and they keep passing illiterates on to the next grade level.

MMmmmmmmm. Yeah baby. Just like that. You can come up for air every now and then, just as long as you keep on with what Mama likes!

I don't believe I gave you permission to remove your lips from my hairy labia.

When a women says "no" and the man has sex with her anyway (regardless of why he thinks she is saying 'no'), is that rape?

It's true. Good fabric from a yardage store (not a Joanne's) is expensive. I occasionally sew skirts and blouses for myself but only because I've fallen in love with the fabric not for a cost savings.

I had so much fabric that I ended up making boxer shorts for my husband out of them just to de-stash.

Well he got a lot further academically than I did.

Good thing that the law says otherwise. There NEVER is enough evidence for rape apologists.

"I practice law defending people when there rights are violated in all manner of ways."

Locked away in their mother's basements and subsisting on Cheetos and Mountain Dew; I suppose this is how they fill their hours instead of with meaningful human interaction. :/

No. It doesn't matter what he thought she meant when she said "no." She told him "no" repeatedly and he heard her say "no." He chose to deliberately ignore what she said.

"Everyone should be treated the same when accused of a crime."

Question for you: He admitted to having sex with a woman who repeatedly told him "no."

This guy has been charged with the rape of two separate women. He even admitted that one of the women was saying "no" repeatedly. He did not stop, he raped her anyway.

No. It is not a gray area at all. He admitted that the woman "was saying no."

This student has been charged with the rape of two women. Two different women. In two separate instances

I don't think you understand how the judicial system and the school system differ.

Are you kidding me? If there is a student who has been accused of violence towards others they NEED to be removed from that school until the details have been sorted out. The safety of the remaining students far outweighs the inconvenience or the embarassment the student in question might feel.

Not being allowed to participate in an extra-curricular activity is probably a bummer but will not hurt him academically. Suspension is an appropriate activity for schools when they are trying to sort out the details. Especially in this case where he is accused of raping not one, but two women.

*Sigh*
