I actually scrolled back up after I clicked to make sure I didn’t end up in a comment section or something. That was...really bad.

I know this weird feeling, because I always have this same feeling of weird pride for any kids that grow up in the shadow of the spotlight and seem to turn out fine. It’s like, “Good job, kid! You could’ve easily fucked up your life with the resources at your disposal, but you didn’t!”
Hmmm, I don’t know. In 2007/8, she had very little money and didn’t have a steady income. That’s not broke?
Yeah, I like Bethenny when she is looking down on everyone and making fun of dummies; she’s at her best making snide comments and funny observations about others and their lives and blind spots. When she is actually in a fight, though and feels threatened, she gets too intense. It gets way too dark.
lol
I know people don’t think things through
It’s so dumb. It’s like they expect to catch you in the emotion they feel— “But this guy is really, really bad, right? So, that’s an exception to no death penalty, right? He’s so bad we should kill him, right?”
This is so silly. Of course, people who commit mass murder are fucking mentally ill. So fucking what? There are a shitload of mentally ill people around the world, but the rest of the world doesn’t have to deal with those people having easy access to guns.
I agree that when you have a kid, you make them priority 1, I just think we disagree about how that is done. In my opinion, children are benefited by seeing their parents pursue a passion and be excited about doing so. So long as there is not neglect, sending children to early-childhood professionals a few times a…
So, in your world, if one wants to “raise kids,” can one have any other wants or desires? Even if people do not have to work, they may want to and they may even enjoy it. Parents are allowed to have pursuits outside of their children.
And, he was a racist! lol
Take your dumb misogynistic ass somewhere and shut up.
He may have paid normal income tax on the price of the stock at par (which would have been lower than its nasdaq price at the time) , but honestly, Amazon probably grossed up the amount of stock so that the tax was “covered.”
I’m actually much less interested in his personal growth. He seems like an ignorant clown, and that sucks for him. But, he’s got a huge audience, and I’m glad that trans kids that may have seen that crap now hear him apologizing for it and acknowledging his ignorance rather than doubling-down.
He was the president of SAG. TWICE.
I don’t know how to feel about the fact that I understood PIITB without issue or delay.
I do hope this phenomenon is slowly dying. I knew one of these pastor’s youngest sons in college, and he was exactly on this path, except he came out before actually marrying the sorority mouse (but not before getting engaged). He’s got the hot boyfriend and turned into a bit of a smokeshow himself, but he didn’t…
This makes no sense. Class actions exist specifically, in part, to reduce the loads on the courts for factually/legally similar claims against the same defendant(s). Notice of class actions is so far widespread these days that there is little excuse for opting out if you don’t want to be part of the class. Why should…
Why does he speak so slowly!?!
That’s some shaky ground. Even with the example you provide, the government has to prove you were actually outside of its jurisdiction for the statute of limitations to actually toll. Unless they arrest you in another country or at the border, it’s pretty hard to prove that fact.
