Push 40k? A diesel Z71 is at 40k with no other options (can’t price an extended cab with the diesel, as I doesn’t come in that configuration, for 2016 at least). I’d say high 40s at a minimum with all of the extra hardware, and wouldn’t expect any kind of discounting on these.

The attention this is getting is bordering on silly. We bought our GC in Dec of 2013. In the 2 and a half years, including the test drive, not once have we been utterly confused by the shifter mechanism, nor have we been inattentive enough to exit the vehicle without putting it in park.
