My father-in-law has worked for a few teams. I was able to tour the various shops he's been in (Ginn, MWR, Penske, JRM) and all of the shops are pristine. The haulers are awesome too. Any time I get out east, we ask to go.

It's cyclical, green will come back. In the 90's, there were more green cars out there than you could shake a stick at.

Ha! I wander all over. The local slice of pie has become quite quiet.

My sister-in-law lived RIGHT on the edge of their approach on Whidbey. Literally close enough to wave to and get a wave back. Either by a tip of the wings, or the pilot himself. It was a loud place to live right at the end of a runway where they often practiced simulated carrier landings.

It was! No other issues at all, and once that was fixed, I had loads of fun with that car.

I'd agree with that, if they then didn't simply say I needed a clutch. I asked to see a "second gear clutch" part number, they brought up the parts diagram, and indicated the clutch itself, and nothing internal to the transmission. Had he brought it up and pointed to the synchro, I would've said "Aha! and we'd have

2004 RX8, transmission. 2nd gear synchro was shot. I took it to the dealer I bought it from (used, less then 200 miles on vehicle since purchase). Was told it was the clutch (every other gear was fine, just 2nd had a grind). Took it to another dealer. They agreed it was 2nd gear synchro, but did not have any trained

Even non-20 somethings will get treated like this. While shopping for my wife's GC, we pulled in to the local Jeep dealer. The salesman already looked put out when he saw us (average 40 somethings). Jokingly, I pointed to the falling apart early 90s Corolla as our trade-in (it was not our vehicle) while we looked at

Not when 0% is available, I wouldn't pay cash.

A roadster is more likely for me. My fit in a coupe wasn't the greatest. I know there are ways to fit in a vehicle, but having driven the roadsters before, I KNOW I fit in those with no issues.

Obviously, Mazda Miata.

My thought as well. I don't have good Initial Quality thoughts about JDP's Initial Quality survery.

While I like these, I really yearn for the clown shoe. I may even be swayed by an M roadster, as my fit in the M Coupe is a bit iffy.

That looks like a very nice version of the one that's sat broken down in front of our house for over a month. There's a nice bright orange "Move it or We'll tow it" police tag on it. Of course, when the cops don't follow through on towing it, and the orange tag has nearly faded to white, it makes the threat

Take that to heart, NASCAR.

And oddly the Mazda5 is a compact crossover?

If I wanted to drive, I had to drive the '72 Chevy C10. If I wanted to drive the C10, I had to learn. 3 on the tree with a 307. I've now had 3,4,5, and 6 speed manual transmission vehicles ( a 5sp and a 6sp currently in the fleet).

Now look at them, and start singing "Steve Bucemi's Eyes", to the tune of Bette Davis Eyes by Kim Carnes. I'd sub words in and stuff, but I'm too lazy.

I'd say it's so the rear side windows can fully roll down for the crew version.

The car buying experience at most dealerships has evolved so little since the dawn of time. That's why I dislike it. Stop playing the games that we, as consumers, know are little games and, for the most part, know the intent of your games. Going to a dealership, for the vast majority of people, goes like this:
