The hybrid portable system idea of the Switch is interesting, potentially fun and useful. Also, the focusing of development efforts onto a single platform saves both the developers and Nintendo a lot of money and other resources.

Personally waiting for a Lite, so a non-issue for me, but this is a legitimate concern that still bothers me and it's going to bother me all day now. Thanks. XD

As a child, playing Sonic the Hedgehog 2, if I fell into water in any level that allowed such a terrible fate, I’d immediately restart the console. I’d rather restart...

... than have to listen to the countdown music.

Something to be said about people who feel things they see so strongly as they do. A blessing of

I’m tired. This is tired. I can’t listen to these things.. They’re talking in circles. It feels more like they’re saying their words for their own sake, to put their own minds at ease, because they can’t possibly reason through a scenario without plastering it with platitudes.

It’s to be expected. Television news

Because in that version of the story, it was actually just a mutated iguana - following nuclear weapons tests or something like that. Not some ancient being that has always been a part of the planet, but some man-mad mistake. Which is fine, too - if it’s not a piece for the fans, but just some director’s vision of how

Protecting the value and integrity of your product, content, creativity and beliefs is now “a bad look”.

So, this game is potentially more of a pain to play on, say, a smaller screen than the basic Switch hardware? Because... I’ve been holding out for a Switch Lite, and now that it’s as thing, I’m beginning to realize that maybe developers haven’t been optimizing their experiences for portable play, but instead, for TV

Not everything needs to be groundbreaking. If something is created and it doesn’t actively and vehemently support <literally

Okay, but what’s your opinion on the the other-way-around? Do you drink the milk from your cereal bowl? Drinking your chew?

Not a fan of hospital-red & blue. Reminds me of waiting... at the hospital for my mom or dad to be done with work so they could take me to school/pick me up/whatever was happening back then. None of that, thanks.

I’ll just grab a basic color and skin/paint it, maybe get replacement buttons and sticks, too - white is

This.

Still worth picking up at this point?

GUYS, NVIDIA CONSISTENTLY RELEASES A HALF-STEP UPGRADE TO THEIR LINEUP 9-10 MONTHS AFTER THE MAIN LAUNCH - STAHP BUYING CARDS RIGHT AT THE KNOWN THRESHOLD/LINE, THEN COMPLAINING ABOUT IT.

Awe?

This is truly PC vs Console in terms of benefits and cost: low cost, user-friendly, catered experience, but not as powerful - vs - high cost, ultimate power, DIY, but neither easy nor stable.

Next gen is going to be so good. Whatever NVIDIA has up their sleeves, plus, maybe, microLED panels, better tracking of everything, better dev tools, maybe, etc. First one to fit all that in a lightweight, stand-alone headset that can also tether to a PC? Done.

I don’t use a lock screen. I have the Google Keep widget on my desktop. I push a button and it’s there.

Versus fishing out a massive notebook and trying to find the page with the notes on it. A smaller notebook? Sure, but forget trying to fit anything substantial on that. Physical loses both in capacity, ergonomics of

What a terrible, lonely hill on which to die, then, I guess. The only track in the game that had lyrics, and the only track in the game that was as menacing and powerful as it is. Truly unique for the game, the series and the times. The music relays despair - as it should.

Yeah, “a barbecue” is short for “a barbecue party/event”. Also, looks like terminology meaning varies in every area, from within a household to a different country altogether. Isn’t language fun?
