Source?

I mean, I don’t think you’re wrong, but I think both arguments are equally weak without stats and reliable sources. Literally anybody can say literally anything and there’s little to no way to know for sure, etc.

I’m not fan of bad things happening, just a fan of reliable evidence versus speculation.

At one con, I was pretty close to swiping a guy’s phone and snapping it in half.

I think I’m starting to find out that I can’t do dairy. Or starchy foods. Maybe wheat.

I just had a double-meat salad with guac and fajita stuff, no beans, no rice, no cheese, no sour cream at Chipotle.

This is the first time I’ve ever felt awake/good after eating an entire Chipotle meal.

Huh.

Hey guys.

Was...

Was he dressed as Col. Mustang?

They... don’t look that well made.

Aaaaand case closed.

There are better figures out there.
Someone bought me the anniversary collector’s set or something for my birthday one year. I hot glued the characters to their respective coins:

Yeah!

And instead of Chaos Emeralds, we can call them PreciousStones. We can use cards that are randomly distributed at the beginning of the game as the RNG, sometimes a wheel-of-fortune device, and have some tiles that only certain characters can cross.

Oh, and minigames with the longest load times.
I’m liking where

I wish I had a TV that didn’t have crazy input lag. I’d play so much Halo. It’s not fun when I’m constantly overshooting. One of these days.

That’s what I get for buying a Polaroid brand TV.

I feel like the silhouette is some level of deterrent, though, you know? Like, sure, the crazies will still be crazy, like how making guns illegal won’t keep the crazies from getting them - but it’s the people that are on the edge, that still have some fragment of awareness/fear of how society views them that it

Whatever do you mean, fellow human?

More importantly, we’ve had a lifetime to get used to the controls of using our eyes and hands. If you spend even a year learning/using only the controls for <any complex game>, it’d become very nearly second nature, no doubt. You can’t jump into <anything> and expect it to be just like [everything else ever] and

Do it!

I want that Dreamcast now...

They probably take a percentage. So, if Nintendo is taking 20%, after 1 million sales, the developer/publisher will have made...

$80. Which is more than a free game would make, I suppose. May as well get some good marketing/exposure and make a few bucks for a smoothie later or something.

That’s what... ten smoothies

I’m not big on Sim games (though, I had hours of fun with a Railroad Tycoon demo on Dreamcast back in the day) - strategy just isn’t my thing. I guess I just don’t sleep enough/don’t have the mind & patience for it.

Still, this is really cool. I wonder what secrets of the system/industry we’ll come across ten years

Also, I like your user name. I can see why you’d choose it. It’s nice to blindly react to things, then erase them, pretending like they never happened.

Because that’s  healthy.

Obviously, if you already have a teenager who is difficult to speak openly with, it’s too late. When I say “alternatively”, I don’t mean “in that very same moment in which you’ve found yourself.” Feel free to make any attempt to think about what I was saying, and the context in which I was saying it.

What I am getting

Alternatively, raise your children to respect you, understand who you are, what you’re capable of to begin with, and hope that they seek your wisdom without having to force it on them.

All of this, “ugh... I don’t want to hear it” sounds like it’s stemming from a disconnect/lack of communication from the get go. All of
