yeah, not the arena specifically because of anything the team did but they are protesting ordinary activities. interesting. i’m sure their community is really hurting and i wish them the best.

yeah thanks. looked into it, and there’s been chants along the lines of “you’re not watching basketball tonight” so while they’re not directing the protests at the kings specifically, they are targeting the arena to raise awareness and disrupt “ordinary fun activities.” it’s a good tactic. makes more sense now. thanks!

If memory serves, it was actually the Kings that closed the doors, and my bet is that anyone who paid for those tickets and didn’t get in will be compensated.
