Yep. This times 1000.
Yep. This times 1000.
Yes, finally our own stupidity is coming to bite us in the ass. We've poisoned our environment to the point it's our turn to suffer. Stupid humans.
I was told (as a preggo) that it is white tuna that has high levels of Mercury, and that Light tuna is okay. Not sure how much I'd want to wager on that though. But yummy! Sigh.
Thanks! Sipping my virtual latte now. ;-)
Yeah, he was probably an all right guy. Poor bastard is probably spinning in his grave over the current state of the world.
Yup. Jesus was just a dude.
I wish people would stop hating on women and the jobs/roles traditionally thought to be "women's work." As a pregnant woman, soon-to-be mom and teacher, I am really, really tired of getting a daily shit-kicking every time I open a news site on my browser or look in a magazine. I haven't done anything wrong, and I work…
Dear Lindsey,
The truth: people like you who think more guns are the solution, rather than the problem, are fucking idiots. Happy now?
I refuse to believe any of it. Children are nothing but sweetness and light and unicorn farts.
Heeheehee. Perfect.
I wish the government would come up with something like this in order to get more money out of the pockets of the rich and stupid and get it back into our economy.
Bahahaha!
The real crime here is the photoshopping. wTF is up with those stock image backgrounds?
Well, it's my impression that they're picketing for a lot more than a pay raise. This is usually the case with educators...it's the media that simplifies it to whining about wages.
Yeah, even a teacher's union won't protect you if you're found guilty of defenestrating students. ;-)
Yes, it is individualism...which as far as I am concerned is primarily responsible for the decline of society. We are social animals, we are meant to work together...who in their right mind thinks suffering alone at all costs is the way to go?
You seem to have some serious reading comprehension issues. This isn't about money. It's about improving classroom and school conditions for both students and teachers so that both parties can do their work and do it well.
Teachers work on average more hours than most people per year, it's just more condensed; trust me, they put in a full year's worth of work. Overall, it is much more taxing and emotionally draining work. Your average schlep wouldn't last two days in teaching.
Completely agree. It is fucked up. Why do we want to tear each others throats out fighting for crumbs when we could be uniting forces and bringing about change that would see us all getting a greater slice of the pie (and the greedy rich at the top being taxed fairly and hoarding less)? I will ever understand this…
