This is why you don’t publish The Worst American Sportwriting of 2016 until December 31st. I guarantee you’ll need to augment that list with all the hot takes.
I like Mark Sanchez too, but I wouldn’t go that far.
The only snaps Romo’s worried about are his neck and spine.
“If they’re not totally insane.”

I always thought that NBA players who refused to shoot underhand free throws are fucking idiots. Who the fuck cares how you shoot as long as you make them? It’s infinitely funnier to see a 7 feet tall behemoth airball both free throws than it is to see him shoot underhanded.
Wilt did occasionally shoot free throws underhanded. He made 28 of 32 shooting underhanded in his 100 point game and shot his highest percentage that season shooting underhanded. But he said he felt like a sissy doing it and went back to overhand next season, and his percentages went back into the crapper. It’s all a…
look at me, talking to an ex-nfl player about his jizz, like a big shot. Christmas really can come twice!
He took something that many would be embarrassed to do. Owned it, made it his. Now they cheer him instead of making fun.
Yeah - there’s that, but someone else can do the calculus. His release point appears to be in a straight line to the basket, but there’s also that arc to the ball. Mad backspin too.
If anything can make the Rockets even more likable, it’s a dash of Rick Barry.
Is that true? It has to go up as well...
“He’s 2 for 2: Shooting 1.000. See - it works.” Rick Barry
If wilt chamberlain had shot his freethrows under handed he would have been perfect but fools clown on difference.

Wasnt that a helmet to helmet hit or do punter helmets not count?
Tony Romo was injured on the play.
I’m not kidding. Companies do it by giving CEO’s and other top execs, who make tens of millions, company cars and housing because they have to be able to attract the “best talent”.
Mansions for the players? Balderdash. The owners don’t care about the players. I think it’s more likely that the owners will demand parcels of land for themselves, so they can build full on NFL Company Towns (with construction costs on the state dime, of course).
