Considering these EVs will be fully usable for years and years and years with little maintenance means these really are helluva deals.

Paid ~$35k for mine after rebate.  (Used I5 Limited AWD)

I do like the Huayra, but there is something a little Youabian about this particular example.

Not what I would do, but I don’t hate it. It would fit the vibe in Monaco.

Had to spend some time seeing if they could weasel him out of it...

Wake me up when I can get one at $750 per month and $0 down ...

Real kick in the teeth to anyone who took a lease deal before this, although I have no sympathy for Cybertruck buyers in any capacity and they deserve to feel the consequences of their poor choices.

Glad to know that there is some actual hard data now. Of course, people who make that kind of bad-faith argument against EV’s wouldn’t actually pay attention to it anyway, but still...

It’s pretty clear he doesn’t care about the Tesla business beyond being able to pump the stock price.

EU sales down bigly as well: https://gizmodo.com/tesla-sales-in-europe-plummet-amidst-elons-stupid-meddling-2000558496.

The CEO of SpaceX, Tesla, Twitter, and Neuralink now has significant influence over the very government entities that regulate or contract with his businesses. Has a bigger conflict of interest ever existed?

Teslas product is very stale and outdated and the guy at the top is a creep. saw one in chicago three weeks back and told The Wife, “check it out. it may never see one again.”
she replied, “why? i like it.”

I saw one in San Marcos.

I don’t suppose there’s any connection between this sudden interest in producing cheaper cars and the large increase in sales of Hyundais and Kias mentioned in another article?

Just... pay people more?  Or we can keep begging for cheaper prices on goods while continuing to ignore the fact that adjusted wages have barely moved in 3+ decades.

Oh look, they’re still missing the point.

Stretching to be a bit of a poser?

On the insurance thing, this guy’s mistake was buying the insurance through the cruise line. Never do that. Cruise line insurance sucks and has so many outs for the insurer that you almost might as well be uninsured.

It’s a ridiculous luxury that’s terrible for the planet. I’d rather just go to a destination and experience a real place instead of being on a floating mall.

Like I said, it’s worth doing once.  It is a truly unique experience that can’t be replicated anywhere else.
