I am for literally anything that is bad for dealerships.

That version of the Eclipse they should dust off the manufacturing for and slap a decent sized battery in it and make it an EV and it would sell so well.

Ah.  I didnt know that.  Then yeah, at some point they probably should show the interiors.  The premise of this concept is intriguing though, but again, from someone that will never be a consumer of this.

I *think* they would be foolish to tackle that part of the RV manufacturing.  Make the EV drivetrain and frame and all that, let the companies that already have the tooling to do the interiors.  But what do I know.

What EVs have you driven? That instant torque is fun as shit.

Exactly! The first line for an EV ad should be screamed that you never have to buy gasoline again and is suitable for many many people, particularly if you have solar already.

Even if EVs arent immediately better for the Earth and environment, it means I never have to step foot into a gas station again and my time in the shop for maintenance drops to nearly zero.  I way over-produce my solar, and prices of used EVs are dropping.  Even people that dont care about the environment should be

Absolutely.  Thats written in invisible ink on page one of Project 2025.

“oh fuck yeah”  -JD Vance

Plus, if he wins and Agent Orange dies in office, we would get JD Vance as President.

Surprised this even made it to trial and he wasnt paid to keep his mouth shut in the first place.

Thats a bad take.

Too many morons out there thinking their DRLs are functional as headlights and also do not know they also do not turn on their tail lights.

80k is a failed sell, to me. I wont waste my time with anything over 40k, which is why I mentioned that 50% depreciation.

Drove the Polestar2 at a power company EV event in 2023 and freaking loved it. I am very excited to buy this one used after a 50% depreciation.

I see a good three or four locally just driving around.  The blue one looks really good.  I did talk to an owner in a Costco parking lot and he said he’s thankfully had no issues, but that he’s heard about them and he’s more or less expecting them at some point.  This was a year ago at least.

Indeed it did

Tough question.  It depends on if companies will rebuild them for you since I cant imagine there are many out there for Fisker.  I just bought a rebuilt battery for my 2009 Ford Escape from a company that rebuilds them, GreenTec.  They might be an option for people that need them in this case.

For me, 10 is a no.  5, though...  Thats cheap enough for the risk.

I really did like a LOT of what the Ocean offered.  And in a sea of boring cars, I saw it as a lifeboat that stood out.  I’m sad its gone.
