What a crazy “coincidence”!
What a crazy “coincidence”!
I’ll say Tesla will have cars still on the road, but that they have stopped making their own vehicles and moved solely to batteries. Or bought by Apple, if we are getting crazy here.
I hope they dont cave and go back. I cant imagine advertising has much (if any) value on that cesspool these days anyhow.
100%. There was zero back track here. I am so sick of this moron.
We have a 1991 Saab 9000 Turbo here in San Diego. There is a Saab specialist that lives out in the boonies (like way out) and has a huge property filled with hundreds of Saabs from many years that he’s got stored for parts or is fixing it. Fascinating guy and does very good work. Erm, did good work as while looking up…
I truly miss seeing Saabs on the road. There was a Saabaru around my part of San Diego for a few years, but I no longer see it, which is sad to me.
Oh, so you are seeing the same Saabs then. Haha! I thought there was a haven of Saabs somewhere living out their best lives.
Current EVs like the EV6 or IONIQs? Those wont go poof by a longshot. Lucids though, how many of those ever got sold in the first place? I still see them in the pricier parts of town, but even when they tank in price for resale people will be worried about repairs/replacement parts. I’m surprised Lucid is still…
Polestars are awesome, but even now I find them scarce. If they fold any time in the next few years I can definitely see them disappearing in 10 years. Hopefully they only keep growing though.
Older EVs will do quite well, I’d expect. If people want to be real about their actual needs, its suitable for so many people, but the price of a new one is a non-starter for many as well.
Where are you still seeing 9-3s?? As a Saab lover I geek out whenever I see one but it has been a long long time.
I see enough C-Max on the road to at least know they are still out there in numbers. Its just such an incredibly bland car it blends in with everything. Honestly the only thing I recognize about it is the C-Max name tag on the rear tailgate. Its a good vehicle, just doesnt stick out.
Lots of memories unlocked with the smell of gasoline for sure! Filling up the jet skis in the summer... unburnt fuel out the back of the 71 Chevelle...
I always forget that this type of pump isnt the standard. Once I leave CA to visit family in PHX, that first station in Yuma that doesnt have the vapor capture you definitely catch that whiff of fuel much stronger.
Its not that much of a pain... Maybe the first time to get the learning curve.
Hit the glass on the windshield?
Roller coaster maneuver is just a nicer way of saying there was a *major* code brown.
My eyes would go cartoon coyote dinner plate sized seeing the water that close.
Their name checks out, I guess?
ZING!
