I use ExpressVPN as they have been so easy to use on my phone and FireSticks.  Is there a better or cheaper option people are using?  I also know the people behind ExpressVPN are not the most trustworthy, but in this business it doesnt really surprise me?

Concur.  The older ones were not so great and caused a lot of people to turn off to the tech and gave them something to gripe about.  The new tech ones from the last few years are fantastic and only getting cheaper.

The debugging route was both a pain in the ass and also blocked after one of the updates years ago.  Support for YouTubeTV and other options are hugely welcome additions and should have been included from the start.
