Truly is all that needs to be said.

We had a pre-approval the next day in 2019.  Anything longer than a week, unless there is a clear explanation for the delay, I would run fast from that lender.

Is this an ad for a lender? How incredibly dangerous that pre-approval section was worded.  Pleasantly surprised at how much you will be lent does not mean you can afford the payments.  Then add in homeowners insurance and property taxes to the escrow payment...  Vital information that was missed.

Good.  I dont want a Tim Allen rejuvenation defending himself, but I’m sure he’s already been booked on Fox News.

If you know anything about Tim Allen, you should know the guy is a piece of shit with grade school level humor.  Him flashing someone doesnt surprise me at all.

They claim to be a “tech” company, why dont they figure it out?  Oh, because they arent.

Was that contractors title officially “Fall Guy” or were they picked at random?

By design.  Those extra seats are going D so it will never happen without an enormous fight.

The main reason CA might miss is if automakers cant produce enough.  The vast vast majority of EVs are sold before they hit the lot here in San Diego.

They dont make tiny violins tiny enough for this guy and anyone that pulls this shit.

Privatizing of our retirements.  Please check the fees of whatever options you have to select.

I absolutely love our water softener.  Here in San Diego, we are at the end of the line for water.  Thats thousands of miles the water travels to get to our tap and a lot of gross crap needs to be removed by that time.  Between the water softener and the whole home filtration, its all been a godsend.

We did a major remodel to our house in 2021 and made sure to run a 220 line to our garage while all the walls were open.  We dont have an electric car yet, but doing this ahead of time saved us a ton of money as well as being able to hide the line.

If you can afford the long short, then yes its still worth shorting.  Near term is more of a gamble since an upturn could happen for no reason other than my puts expiring.

As a 38 year old that barely knows how to snowboard, this looks like something I could survive and would totally be worth it.

They arent making enough EVs to exhaust the group in camp 1.  They are so slow to market that the people in camp 3 will eventually hop into camp 1 by the time they are available on the lot.

The only, ONLY, way San Diego sees real estate or rental costs drop is if the STVR cap sees people actually selling their homes or moving to long term rentals and not renting illegally.

Because a car with supercharging/FSD/etc is worth more than a car that doesnt, and the owner paid for those, they should be with the car until its a cube in the junkyard.

Yeah.  I get what youre saying.  Its all a little funny for sure.

Well dammit!  Oh well.
