Both of these things are nice to hear. Honestly, it's really hard for me to tell sometimes when I've been un-grayed—I've seen other Jezzies complaining/discussing this problem as well, but sometimes my comments mysteriously disappear and reappear for me...I am clearly not tech-savvy enough to understand the new

I just want you to know that I actually squealed out loud upon reading about your proximity to Meistrich. He is one of the most mysterious creatures in that film for me...I'm not sure I've ever seen him in anything else, and yet he is so unspeakably fabulous in that one film.

Thanks! I don't mean to be a pest, I just never know what to expect being a grayed-out commenter.

Ah, gotcha! I'm going to have to up my Jezebel networking skills (I'm a pretty new commenter—lonnnnnnng time reader, but new commenter) because I would love to be able to post on The Powder Room or on GroupThink.

Your sneaking suspicion would be 100% correct. And I actually got to have lunch with/attend a lecture of/attend a small talkback session with the producer of "Smoke"/"Blue in the Face" (he went to the same undergrad as me), and it was completely wonderful. But with "The Imposters," I think I would have to start with

Wait. Whoa. Hold up. Is there a way to send private messages to specific commenters a la Facebook?

Can I just say: "Hellz yes, New England!"? I am also enjoying the rain by eating copious amounts of Chinese food and drinking Magners with my sister while we watch old episodes of VMars.

Ha, I assure you: my partner feels exactly the same as you do.

As do you, my friend! "Blue in the Face"? "Smoke" is one of my favorite films! I feel like I could have a movie night with you.

I think it's fixed now :)

Oh, boo! Thank you for telling me, I will get right on that nonsense.

Yay, shameless self promotion thread! Thanks for starting it :) Also: I love that scarf.

In the Thick of It (it's a comedy that I think can appeal to people who prefer dramas) and Borgen (it's Danish, but it's pretty fab).

Allison Janney!!!

I used to use the Anastasia brow pencil, but I have become obsessed with the Estee Lauder pencil because it's so cost effective (again, refillable! and the refills cost like $10 less than the actual pencil and you can pretty much refill it endlessly; also: no sharpening!). And as for tweezing: I think you just have to

Thank you! We're still really trying to get the word out as I said, so I may be PSAing this a few more times at Jezebel...I just feel like this a community where a lot of people might be interested in the project, so I just want to make sure people are actually seeing my posts.

I AM SO SORRY. I am also really obsessed with my brows, and, honestly, I never get them waxed/threaded/anything by anyone else because I don't trust anyone with them but me. I have very think (but very blonde and very trichotillomania-destroyed) brows, but I always pluck them myself and use an eyebrow pencil (Estee

The Imposters! It is one of the funniest movies I have ever seen, but for some reason no one else has seen it. If you're okay with subtitles (or if you speak French): La Chevre. If you like noir films and black comedy: Kiss Kiss Bang Bang.

Hi Jezzies! I'm really sorry for posting the same thing two weeks in a row, but I hope you'll forgive me as my discussion got very little traction last week.

I had this problem in a BIG sorta way as a kid (apologies for TMI: but it was all over poor little toddler bum); my parents had no idea what to do, so I just suffered with it for years until it cleared up on its own (YES, it can take this long to clear up by itself). Years later, I broke out in KP again, and this time
