Get a big box fan or an oscillating fan and put it right by your bed or anywhere else in your place. It does wonders for me!

I despise AC! I’m all about the ceiling fan and a giant box fan next to my bed. The box fan is especially great bc it also drowns out noise from the street. Win/win!
