This is actually a game that my brother-in-law plays with his 6-year-old daughter. It’s called “What do you prefer?” and he will give her two random choices, like a) a nice wrought-iron fence or b) a gentle spring breeze and she will always answer a third random thing like c) dry ramen noodles. It’s enjoyable to watch.

I’m Canadian and we have universal healthcare and I’m sad to say that this quackery is here too. It’s even more baffling since we don’t have to pay for doctor visits.
