I made a broth base for borscht I will be finishing tomorrow! It's my first borscht. And you don't need to warn me I know what happens when you eat beets! Also made some thai green curry from scrizzles and there will be a Chinese broccoli drunken noodle thai green curry situation happening in my house tomorrow!

I just inhaled a goat cheese omelette and broccolini with garlic and lemon doused in olive oil. I also tried fixing the omelette differently today, which was to get a really good layer of olive oil in a big pan, pour out the eggs and let them free-form. It. Was. Amazing. Puffy, light and a little crispy.

Ooooo! Yes to wine and yes to it all. I do big pots of curry as a way to clean out my fridge. Husband be like, "what's for dinner?"
