Well it wasn't really confusing to me when that white kid called me a nigger in first grade so how about you take that seat.
Also in Texas today the Grand Jury cleared two former white police officers of assaulting a black woman in their custody last year (she was arrested for an unpaid traffic ticket) , it was caught on tape. I feel sick and disgusted by the police and the racist "justice system" in the US and nothing will ever change.
I assume statutes of limitations have a lot to do with it. To my knowledge, Andrea Constand is the only victim to have made her story public within 10 years of her assault. Not sure what the laws are in Canada, but in the US 34 out of 50 states have some sort of statute of limitations for rape. Pretty sure it's 10…
She's also a Bill Cosby defender. So there's that too.
Yeah I thought this was relatively tame vs. Hillary's "[CHARACTER NAME] DIES ON THIS SHOW!" from yesterday. That was pretty harsh.
At least they didn't tell you the character names in the fucking headline this time.
I don't watch AHS, but kudos on the appropriate handling of spoiler alerts.
*Snaps* for not putting spoilers in the headline.
Wow, you guys suck. I haven't read the article but thanks for telling me on the main page that two major characters die. I'm in Australia and do not get to see the show until at least a day after you guys. What is the deal with all these spoilers on the main page lately?! So mean.
Speaking of the dismiss button, I pretty much only use it for unlabeled spoilers (and rape gifs and spam). Even if someone has the best intentions and was just being thoughtless, I will dismiss THE SHIT out of spoilers out of respect for other people who want to be surprised by the ending of the…
100% agree.
It's heartbreaking, isn't it? I have a 12-year son (white) and I know that he will likely be OK but my AA friends can't say the same and I can't fathom that. It's awful. Awful.
So spot on. So incredibly, sadly spot on.
Sorry. As he was dying. Still. They stood there.
Yeah, for fucking real. A real way to keep kids from being shot is to hire and train officers who don't have a history of emotional problems and being released from police departments only 6 months from joining them.
