There you go with reasonable facts and data to refute a story. Take your star. Still, this sure explains how so many people are driving around in $60k trucks.

It doesn’t take a crystal ball to see where things go from here — just a passing look at what happened a decade ago.
If your goal is to convince everyone that buying new is foolish, the current market conditions should be a good lesson in what happens when there’s fewer new cars being sold.
I do this. Sorry not sorry. When you drive home in the snow with snow and ice all over your car it all just slides down the windshield from the warm window, collects on the wipers, and freezes. Then you go out in the morning and the wipers are in a miserable frozen block of crap. The defrost takes 30 minutes to clear…
You do not need to buy premium gas for cars that need premium gas. I have heard this so much from people thinking their car doesn’t need it so my forced induction or high(er) compression motor doesn’t either. No your 92 Camry doesn’t need it but other cars do for optimal performance.
Let’s just all take a moment to appreciate the irony here. A car living in Salt Lake City does not have to worry about corroding due to salt and water. So beautiful.
Easy. The Herkimer Battle Jitney. Best non-lethal vehicle ever and totally scrap-proof.
Considering there are two outlets saying basically the same thing and you’re lone wolfing it in disagreement, I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt and say your example was broken or something. Maybe it had one jump too many or hit a curb too fast.
Bungee jumping... FUN TIMES!
We used to make a weekend of it, drive out to Tampa and jump off the skyway. Sadly, at some point adulthood kicks in and you realize just how fkn nuts you were to even THINK about thinking about jumping off a 450' tall bridge.

Then he took another hundred off me and said “No, not 2022.”
Rivian isn’t marching towards shipping a product.
I know why it’s delayed — it’s still rendering!
Caterham.
Good friend had X-90, the only comparison I can endorse is Smart Fourtwo. Bad idea executed poorly.
Right? What the fuck was that; trying to fail intentionally? Just cut it back and carry on, bro.
Dat mini-drift doe. Perhaps it saw the bystanders to the left and felt that was the appropriate course of action.
Oh how naïve, this only gets reported to carfax if you reach the insurance ... that’s it... if the owner (Tesla) does the repair internally, there will be absolutely no repair or accident record anywhere in carfax or anywhere else... also if the owner and the insurance is the same company by any chance things can get…
This isn’t even about their cars in this case...
What really sucks is when you have a legitimate criticism of them and their bad business practices but are forced to sign an NDA before they’ll help you. Did this happen to me? Who knows. I’m not sayin’.
