Oooh! I have met a couple of AWESOME chis, BUT they have to extremely well socialized from an early age and not just with other people but with other dogs too. Most of the happiest and best-behaved chis I’ve met have been in multi-dog households. Because then they get treated like dogs, not like timy hairy babies.
