I used to volunteer at retirement homes and Wii Bowling was huuuge.  I will never forget Mr. Toyota.  Very nice man but unfortunately was pretty old and confined to a wheel chair.  Couldn’t move his arms much either but still loved to play Wii Bowling.  He couldn’t throw it very hard, I swear it took almost 30 seconds

Some never do, all games have problems. But some of them are FINISHED. Just not games of today, thanks to this feature.

Not being able to play it right away.

One of my rules for corded cables is do not wrap the cable around the controller. Instead, just loop the cable until it is about the size of the controller then put the controller ontop of the loop. The cable will not become stiff, tangle itself up, or unravel.

Learn GIMP!

It’s a useful skill if you can’t afford Photoshop. :/

Looks like he’s taking... Baby Steps... to improve himself.

Gee, forgive my lack of enthusiasm. The last time an anime got a good live action adaption over here was Speed Racer. So:

Actually, Sunshine had all of Mario 64's moves. Knowing how to use them makes the game much easier and more fun.

Here is a great story of waiting in line. It was the day before the Wii’a release and some friends of mine and I decided to wait in line. We were smart and made the decision to go to our 24 hour super store and wait there. We were #13 and #14 of 15. We got to sit in their furniture department on their couches. They

Serena’s backstory is that she met Ash long before he became a Pokemon trainer, yet there’s no mention of her prior to her debut appearance in the previous seasons. Granted, Ash’s history prior to become a trainer is practically a blank slate and was never really explored. But it does beg the question how old were

...I’ll note that Misty is the same age as Ash, and Brock is only 15.

It does make sense to me. Despite being fiction’s second oldest 10 year old (...only matched by Bart Simpson, I think), Pokemon’s kinda-fuzzy-but-still-there continuity does mean that Ash’s character isn’t as inexperienced as he was when the show started.

It feels as if this is an implicit way to tell their older fans to move on, that they’re no longer the target audience for the anime; especially the more ardent fans who don’t mince words when it comes to criticizing every new change with Pokemon. But since Pokemon can’t seem to move on from Ash, they’re only inviting

Well I just learned that there is a Pokèmon Movie about “my” Generation pf Pokèmon coming. And I just learned that I don’t need to care about it.

This is not cool. Brock and Misty are as much a part of the original series as Ash.

they watched Gundam Wing.

From one of Kevin’s first Peanuts articles:

I built this desk, with triple 27" monitors, a 42" TV/monitor, and top-of-the-line components for $2500.

If you add the guitars it might get closer to $6000 ;)

I was born in the mid 60s and grew up reading and loving the Peanuts strips. I enjoyed them as a child would enjoy them. As a kid — and into my teens and into college — I collected Peanuts items. Girlfriends would buy the stuff for me. I continued to read and enjoy Peanuts. I still read it daily on GoComics and
