The subsidies really won’t help a lot of the smaller family farmers in Southern MN, if they even make it to them.  There’s some shenanigans with those.

Anecdotally, when visiting “Small Hometown” the folks around the bar were pretty fed up. So, fingers crossed.

Trump had his shot at Minnesota, and we told him to get lost. There is very little that will create a positive Republican atmosphere here for him again and his attacks and Rep. Omar are just going to bring out MORE blue metro votes.  Choke on a hotdish you asshat.

Plus, a lot of those farmers that voted for him the last time? Yeah, they won’t be voting for him this time.

Living in the Midwest, and being on the board of a reproductive health clinich that just renamed itself to be more inclusive and has begun offering hormone therapy I’d like to say that there are people who can’t handle trans-inclusive language everywhere across this country, not just in the Midwest.

It was a really bad day when we realized that day passes were no longer a thing with Delta. A day pass was the only thing that got me through a 6 hour wait at LAX a few years back.

I second TSA pre-check. Flying through security and not having to take off your shoes are worth it.

There’s a pub in town here that makes it with in-house (well, out back) smoked butternut squashes and holy hot damn is it not a wonderful experience.

My partner who is a vegetarian (not vegan) claims that the items with egg and/or cheese in them have a much better texture and mouthfeel than those that don’t.

My first memories of Chuck Todd were during the 2008 Election night coverage and my thought was, “Wow, this guy sure is a chuckle fuck isn’t he? I bet he doesn’t last long.”

My only time at Disneyland was during the Christmas season and what I can tell you beyond what the article states about getting there at Gate-Open is that if you show up mid-week your life is so much better.
