We hosted a T&J party at our place with a few friends this year after obtaining one of those milk glass sets. Great time! May I suggest blended Scotch or Amaretto as other drink options. Delicious!

I’m a big fan of barrel-aged gin in a toddy.  The more robust flavoring pairs well with the honey and lemon.

Yeah, just tip a buck. I think the only time a bartender/server isn’t going to appreciate the tip is if its small. Even when getting alcoholic drinks we usually do $1-3 per drink depending on how complicated the drink is and how slammed a place might be.

We see a lot of flavored pretzel bags/tubs around here in Minnesota and like you say, the pretzels are paramount. I would though raise the concern that requiring peanuts makes things iffier for locations trying to avoid dealing with (the common) peanut allergy.

It’s a lot like this one:

Yeah, not all hybrids are non-viable, most simply won’t turn out “true to type” meaning it won’t be the same as what it came from.

Oh yeah, this thing is really only good for steeping coffee cold (or I guess loose tea) and we NOT work hot. For comping I love my old inherited percolator. Nothing says campfire coffee like a bit of grounds at the end of the cup.

The French press was our go to (for cold brew) until we found a pitcher-like product with a built in coffee basket. Fill it, toss it in the fridge and let it do its thing over night and you have a few days worth of cold brew ready to go!

We’re meeting some friends for a beer in an honest to goodness taproom and watching a live musician. ALL INDOORS! The last time this happened it was It was March 14, 2020.

I’m hoping for more goofy stories like the mech-driving, alien-blasting farmers. Bring on the goof!

I’ve always appreciated when getting takeout the places that ask if you need condiments/plastic ware/napkins with your order.  9/10 times I don’t and would rather not take their limited supplies.

I have always loved how this was created to be the bridge between Eps. II and III and how the ending leads DIRECTLY into the start of ROTS.

More of the not putting on clean clothes thing to start a new day. Maybe its because I don’t live alone, maybe its because I like to go for walks around my neighborhood to break up my work from home days.

A trick we used when traveling internationally in the before-times was to fill a small spray bottle with high ABV odorless alcohol to spritz on sticky pits and what not overnight.  The alcohol kills the odor causing bacteria and evaporates.  As long as you don’t spill your food on your sweater that thing can be worn

Yeah, I don’t get the “stay in pajamas all day” thing with lock-downs and quarantines.  I may extend my morning but I have to shower and then I put on clean clothes that COULD be worn out of the house.

This was my thought.  July? I’ll be fully vaccinated in 4 weeks and by July most of my area should have gotten the poke, so I’m ready to make this my first in-theater film.

I hope the Flag-Smashers are more than just generic Anarchist terrorists.  With six episodes there is some room to give them background but not a whole lot I feel.

No one is asking the important question though: Why are (predominately) male lawmakers so interested in the reproductive and sexual organs of girls?

That’s a heavy thing to steal, yikes!

I felt like my statement was relevant to multiple posts. Why remake the wheel when copy-paste will do!
