For those with low ceilings there are recumbent elliptical which are a bit of a cross between an elliptical and a sitting bike. We have one in our basement and while you lose some of the full-body workout from a standard elliptical it is still nice on the joints when you can’t run.

Whenever those recipe blogs have a “Print” button at the top I always click it first.  Most times it takes you to a nice concise recipe without the fluff.

Yeah this was always a holiday/special occasion thing that Grandma would pull out during the hot months.   Pure nostalgia here.

My partner works for our state DOT and:
1) They have a similar map (with on-plow webcams, to teh minute road conditions, and salt/sand unloading details) that is SO cool to watch during a storm.
2) Now we want to convince them to do this with the plows.  Sounds like a great State Fair PR move to me.

The me from 10 years ago would have likely been all over he stuff.

While I appreciate oatmilk’s environmental benefits I find it far to sweet. Even when purchasing soy- and almond-milks I always target the unsweetened.  If I want to add sugar, I will.  Oatmilk naturally comes sweet due to those oh so delicious carbs.

We had bags and bags of butterscotch chips from a cookie-mix-in-a-jar gift we gave away for holiday gifts one year. So I’ve made lots and lots of oatmeal butterscotchies, and I’ll second the feelings Clint is throwing out here.  They are SO freakin’ good.

I enjoy mine slathered in butter with a sprinkling of sugar and cinnamon. Roll that bad boy up, give it a little heat (in the microwave because I am lazy), and bam! delicious little tube of joy.

So many good choices spread out among the contenders! I’m going to have to give it to Dennis though. All of those were solid picks.

All the stars.

On camera all week? Ew. At least here in the sticks I always have the excuse of “My internet isn’t good enough to provide consistent video.”

Is there much storyline involving religious reasons for fighting?  A number of conflicts in England at that time involved Christians vs. Pagans.

Allison gets my vote (my wife’s too if that counts) as we are now salivating over apple butter.

Our local Einstein Bros’ Bagels got rid of both the French toast bagel and the cinnamon apple. I frankly didn’t know what to order at that point...

In our area (Northern Minnesota) Tribal Nation is used in common parlance. Both Tribe and Nation are also regularly used but anecdotally I think its a generational thing.

Oooh thistles.  That’s a good one!  I tend to let one or two grow along the fence-line because they look cool (and purple flowers!) but take them out before seeds start forming.

With my wife being a vegetarian I make a turkey for myself every year.  You can do a lot with a bird once you’ve cooked it. The farmers should also be leaning on recipe-makers to share secrets.  We buy everything else in bulk now, why not turkey?

His Instagram is spectacular.

I came here to suggest just this!

That was my first thought. That is way to much for a single pie. But also, 3 POUNDS? Holy diabetes Wilford Brimley.
