Sounds like Banks was on acid thinking she was in Musk’s house.
WE DIE LIKE MEN
More like race to a gas station, buy a 12-er of Coors Light and a pack of Kools, race to another gas station, buy another 12-er of Coors Light and a pack of Kools…
Fast is fast, and it’s neat seeing big things that shouldn’t be fast go fast.
I didn’t see it (but I heard it) But years ago when i was an auto mechanic, a diesel in a GMC did this. The tech was changing the flywheel and moved the engine when he was torquing the engine down. I’m not sure how it ran a way. I know they were doing something else to the engine. But I can’t remember.
“When the driver let off the go-pedal, the truck’s throttle stuck open...”
“The fireball was apparently bigger than the truck, with Terry saying it actually burned some ribbons on the very back of the vehicle.”

It looks like this thing was wired and plumbed by a blind kid in special Education... no wonder all three safety devices didn't work.
“Needs a little work, but I don’t have time for this project since I [changed jobs][just had a kid][don’t know how to repair a grenaded engine].”
Exactly, this “cam-in-block” paradigm is so 20th Century. Cam-on-block is the future. And, “plastics”. Bank on it.
Try the Dew.
Yoda: “There is no try. Only Dew.”
All the cool trucks are running “external cam configuration” this season. It cuts WAY down on the frictional cam lobe losses to remove any metal-to-metal contact.
It looks like an Alien xenomorph tried to birth itself out of the engine compartment.
You really think the comment is COTD-worthy? It’s a bit like a “LOL digital tire pressure gauge 1.5psi” comment on a story about a C&C crash - obvious and rather tired.
All very cool facts.
All I want to know is if VW can package that powertrain into the 2020 Golf I.D. R.
