I just saw the lede photo and thought that David Tracy had bought yet another project.

It looks like they alleviated some of the duckbill look the front end had by smoothing out the front fender to “bumper” transition. I hope that surface carries over to production. However, this concept needs real headlamps, stat. The new tiny LED ones are better, but it still feels like they are phoning it in.

I think in the case of the Huayra, only certain colours will look good. I dont fancy either of the King or Greg’s cars but Nina looks near as good as Ella.

Tinted carbon is heavily dependent on lighting. While the Kingtasma looks bleh when its overcast, a 720S Velocity with the pearlescent red carbon looks absolutely stunning if you get a good balance between the high and low spots.

First, that’s not true at all. Race cars are often gorgeous and look better than the street versions.
