I so feel this article. I grew up in a lower middle class family (back then, it was totally doable for my dad to provide for a family of four making $16/hour, but he sent me to a private school so that was an extra $500 a month), and I know things were tough for us. I also went through a terrible bout of poorness…

So, as I said previously, my friend works at the clinic she goes to. She had the fat cells from her waist removed and that fat was transferred to her ass. On top of this, she has gained weight. She doesn’t work out much so she needs to have this done often. The family also has a VelaShape machine at home to help them…

Her ass is technically real because she doesn’t have implants, but she had transfers. Her ass is not that large naturally. What part aren’t you understanding about this? lol?

Oh, and apparently Kim also had her boobs done but she had fat injected to this as well instead of getting implants; thus, why they look natural.

She routinely has fat transfers, as does Khloe. My friend’s the surgeon’s assistant at the clinic they go to.
